After years of helping people find their dream homes in Loreto, I stepped away from real estate for a much-needed break. That time gave me a fresh perspective—and a renewed passion. When I returned, I didn’t just come back as an agent. I came back as the owner of Century 21 Roadrunner Realty, proudly acquiring the franchise from Century 21 Mexico.
My journey to Loreto wasn’t a straight line.
I spent over 30 years working in the harsh, icy waters of Alaska, becoming the youngest Marine Engineer ever to attain the rank of Chief Engineer of vessels of any horsepower. That career demanded precision, problem-solving, and accountability—skills I bring into every real estate transaction today.
A health scare changed everything. I came south in search of clean air—and found it here in Loreto, Baja California Sur, one of the most unique and naturally beautiful places in Mexico.
Trading the sea for the Sea of Cortez, I built a real estate business focused on something most agents overlook:

Over the years, I’ve helped retirees, investors, and families navigate the Loreto market with clarity and confidence—whether they’re buying a home, evaluating land, or making long-term investment decisions.
I also spent several years coaching high school basketball here in Loreto, which gave me something even more valuable than business experience—a deep connection to the local community and lifelong friendships.

After actively practicing medicine for over 40 years in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona, Claudia retired to pursue another career in Real Estate, an area she has been interested in for years. Buying and selling homes in the US has similarities with Mexico, but also has specific differences. A challenge she is excited to begin as she supports her husband, Erick, in his real estate business in Mexico. She has followed the intricacies and specifics that he has encountered for over 10 years. A family business, their daughter Angelica, is also an agent. They have another daughter who lives in North Carolina.
Claudia continues with her other interests: Quilting, hiking (and exploring the Loreto area), swimming/snorkeling, gardening, cooking plant based/whole food recipes and playing the piano.
