ERICK OLSON

Erick Olson moved to Loreto from the Portland/Vancouver area where he had been a Windermere Real Estate broker for eight years. He studied Engineering at Calhoun Engineering and had a career as a Marine Engineer in Alaska for 29 years prior to becoming a realtor. His passion for the water led him to Loreto where the fabulous Sea of Cortez captivated him!
Now having acquired Century 21 Roadrunner Realty, Erick brings positivity and readiness to the team, sharing a high level of diverse Real Estate knowledge and expertise in the city of Loreto. His commitment within the real estate industry lies with facilitating and supporting his clients to achieve their real estate goals and obtain the best investment for their money.
A valued community member of Loreto, Erick enjoyed coaching the local high school basketball team, which started as a modest endeavor and turned into a full-blown team competitive in Mexican athletics with a focus on academics. This closeness with the extended families and local populace gained him valuable insight into the wonderful culture of Mexicans in Baja. Locals and travelers are both given a special welcome that has become customary in Erick's office.

CLAUDIA FOSTER-OLSON

After actively practicing medicine for over 40 years in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona, Claudia retired to pursue another career in Real Estate, an area she has been interested in for years. Buying and selling homes in the US has similarities with Mexico, but also has specific differences. A challenge she is excited to begin as she supports her husband, Erick, in his real estate business in Mexico. She has followed the intricacies and specifics that he has encountered for over 10 years. A family business, their daughter Angelica, is also an agent. They have another daughter who lives in North Carolina.
Claudia continues with her other interests: Quilting, hiking (and exploring the Loreto area), swimming/snorkeling, gardening, cooking plant based/whole food recipes and playing the piano.

With over fifteen years of performance training and experience along with a Master of Science in Psychology and almost five years of experience in sales, Angelica utilizes compassion, excellent interpersonal communication & listening skills, & leadership skills to aid clients in their journeys - whether as a performer & filmmaker, poet, or real estate agent in Loreto, BCS, Mexico. She is very meticulous, organized, and hard-working; but most importantly, she is kind and hopes that her actions will make a positive difference in the world. Eager to become a linguist, she is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, and is always working on more languages.
