Erick Olson moved to Loreto from the Portland/Vancouver area where he had been a Windermere Real Estate broker for eight years. He studied Engineering at Calhoun Engineering and had a career as a Marine Engineer in Alaska for twenty-eight years prior to being a realtor. His passion for the water led him to Loreto where the fabulous Sea of Cortez captivated him.
Now having joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Baja Real Estate, Erick brings positivity and readiness to the team sharing a high level of diverse knowledge and expertise in the city of Loreto. His commitment within the real estate industry lies with facilitating and supporting his clients to achieve their real estate goals and obtain the best investment for their money.
A valuable community member of Loreto, Erick enjoyed coaching the local high school basketball team, that of which started as a modest endeavor and turned into a full-blown team competitive in Mexican athletics with a focus on academics. This closeness with the extended families and local populace gained him a valuable insight into the wonderful culture of Mexicans in Baja. Locals and travelers are both given a special welcome that has become customary in Erick's office so be sure to stop by!

Chris Driscoll has been in the Luxury Real Estate Sales industry in Loreto for the last six years. She is originally from Ashburnham, Massachusetts and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Spanish. She spent her junior year at the University of Granada in Spain where her concentration was Spanish Arts and Literature. After Graduation she spent a year in Costa Rica teaching English on a work exchange program. Her love of the Latin Culture and the Spanish Language lead her to relocate to Cabo San Jose where she worked in management in the Luxury Vacation Industry and fell in love with Mexico and Baja California.
In 1996 she relocated to San Juan, Puerto Rico where she continued to pursue her career in Real Estate working with Re/max International selling Re/Max franchise's in the Caribbean, Central and South America and later as a Re/Max Real Estate Agent specializing in relocating of US Government and Military Personal to the island. Her passion is Animal Rescue and while in San Juan Puerto formed a 501 C3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue Organization, Amigos De Los Animals which presently is one of the largest rescue organizations in the Caribbean.
In 2011 her love for Baja California led to Loreto, BCS. She was immediately taken with the beautiful Sierra Grande mountains, the charm of the small town and its friendly people, the amazing marine and animal life of the Sea of Cortez, which Jacques Cousteau named as the world’s aquarium. Chris is an active member of the community as she enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelters and teaching Spanish. You will be in great hands with Chris’s extensive knowledge of Loreto and her friendly and outgoing personality.
